Do you use AI tools in development?

Our engineers use Cursor, Claude Code and Codex daily, for code review, test scaffolding and first drafts of routine work. Architecture decisions and anything that touches your data are reviewed by a senior engineer before it ships — the tools speed up typing, not judgment.

What is your product methodology?

Framework-driven, test-first and API-first. We work from an agreed framework rather than a blank page, write the tests a feature has to pass before building it, and finish an API before the interface that calls it — so the system is checkable at every stage, not just at the end.

What engagement models do you offer?

Fixed price for a scoped deliverable, a monthly retainer for ongoing work, or a weekly sprint rate when the scope is still moving. We agree which one fits in the first call, in writing, before anything starts.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Most full-featured MVPs take four to six weeks from kickoff to a working release. A narrower build can ship faster; one with real integrations or compliance needs takes longer, and we say so upfront rather than after you have signed.

What does your process actually look like?

It starts with product discovery — our own analysis and recommendations on the product, the technology, the architecture and the go-to-market strategy, plus a costed estimate, before any build work begins.
